Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, all of them speak English and German. Other languages on request.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number and we adjust the pick-up time. 60 minutes of waiting from the booked time are included.
Can I pay by card or get an invoice?
Both. Card with the chauffeur, bank transfer, or an invoice with VAT for your company – monthly consolidated invoices for regular clients.
Is there a minimum booking for hourly hire?
No. You book exactly the time you need.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, on request – please tell us the child's age and weight when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers a few hours is usually enough; for trade-fair weeks and First Class we recommend booking a few days ahead.
